LRE’s investment focus is towards the Sun Belt where over the past decade the region accounted for 75% of total U.S. population growth (15 million).1 Over the next decade, Sun Belt population growth is expected to accelerate by another 19 million, whereas non-Sun Belt states are forecasted to rise by only 3 million.2
