LRE Management is a New York based private equity real estate company that acquires multifamily properties throughout the country. LRE  invests its own capital side-by-side with its network of Individual, High Net Worth and Family Office partners. LRE invests in multifamily projects and portfolios in a variety of structures, as a GP on bid-direct deals, as an LP/Co-GP on joint-ventures or via preferred equity. LRE’s core investment principle is to deliver tax efficient cash-flow and long-term capital appreciation, while providing downside protection for our investors. LRE has acquired over 5,500 units across the country with transactions totaling over $1 billion.

LRE independently underwrites each deal, targeting annual cash-on-cash returns of 6-9% and overall return objectives of 10-16% IRR. LRE asset manages each investment with strict oversight of  the properties, driving asset performance via operational efficiencies, offensive and defensive capital improvements, and expense reduction ensuring strong execution of the business plan.

We believe that the same investing principles apply to real estate as investing in other asset classes such as stocks and bonds. LRE applies a bottoms up approach to each real estate investment which enables us to achieve superior returns over the long term. Diversification of asset type and risk profile is also a key component of our investing philosophy and we have the ability to analyze all types of deals including the most complex transactions. We believe everyone should have some part of their portfolio allocated to income producing real estate, providing tax efficient returns and a hedge against future inflation.
