Prior to starting LRE, Mr. Londa spent 20 years running the day to day operations of multi-billion-dollar loan and securities trading businesses on Wall Street. His responsibilities included overseeing sales and trading, risk management, strategy and overall management of the business. Mr. Londa brings a significant amount of experience to identifying, evaluating and negotiating complex real estate transactions.
Mr. Londa graduated in 1989 from Boston University with B.S.B.A. in Accounting and earned his CPA with KPMG. Prior employers include Washington Mutual, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Salomon Smith Barney and UBS.
Evan S. Klein, Partner, is responsible for the daily operations, including financial operations, accounting and investor relations, and along with Eric Londa, focuses on the strategic direction and growth, of the firm.
Mr. Klein has over 30 years of experience in finance and investment banking and has invested in properties with over 10,000 units across eleven states. He has raised significant public and private debt and equity capital from institutional investors, private equity firms, family offices and high net worth investors.
Mr. Klein received his MBA degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Albany State University, graduating summa cum laude. Prior employers include CSFB, Allen & Co., Prudential Securities and SG Cowen.
Patrick O’Rourke, Sr. Vice President, is responsible for the firm’s acquisition and underwriting functions and supports asset management and investor relations.
Mr. O’Rourke has over 10 years of experience in real estate and has played critical roles on teams that have acquired and/or financed Multifamily properties with acquisition value in excess of $1 billion of Multifamily properties. He focuses on manager and transaction selection, underwriting, market research and transaction structuring.
Mr. O’Rourke received his Bachelor of Science in Management degree from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. Prior employers include, ArborCrowd, AIMCO, and the Rose Rock Group, a Rockefeller Development Company.
Jason Mink, Vice President, is responsible for the firm’s sourcing of acquisition opportunities. He also assists in the analysis, underwriting and asset management functions of the firm.
Mr. Mink has over seven years of experience in real estate and has acquired over $1B of real estate across multifamily, student housing, office, and industrial assets. He has sourced and transacted on over 6,000 units of multifamily across eight states.
Mr. Mink received his Bachelor in Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin, with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. Prior employers include Olive Tree Holdings, Time Equities Inc., and KPMG.
Justin Lacy, Director, is responsible for the marketing and investor relations functions, as well as supporting the teams tech stack.
Mr. Lacy has nearly 10 years of experience in the real estate technology space, playing cross-functional roles in multiple startups that were successfully acquired. In his roles he has experience in sales, marketing, product design, and customer success. During his time in tech he worked hands-on with hundreds of CRE owners and brokers across the country to adopt and scale their businesses with technology.
Mr. Lacy received his Bachelor of Science in Geography degree from University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a specialization in GIS and Community and Regional Planning. Prior employers include Karnes Research, Xceligent, IMS and RealPage.
Alex serves as an Analyst at LRE Management LLC. He helps manage the portfolio and plays an integral role in the acquisition process. Alex’s responsibilities include underwriting potential acquisition opportunities, financial modeling, due diligence, and asset management.
Alex received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy from Duke University.
